John Cow started his site (www.johncow.com) using a name very similar to the more famous johnchow.com. Both sites cover internet marketing, blogging, etc.

That’s the question, isn’t it? How many of the entrecard visitors will become regular readers, subscribers, commenters, etc. I look at this as I would getting featured somewhere like Digg (albeit on a much smaller scale). I’ll get some low quality traffic, but it remains to be seen how much will translate.

I have noticed a huge increase in my bounce rate, along with an increase in my visitors. I’m still withholding judgment though.

It will temporarily boost rankings from places like Alexa, but will it transfer to long term customers and money…
