		<description>Those stumble exchanges may have worked to some degree in the short term but StumbleUpon has always been user driven and driven by great content so as you've explained, negative reviews can really hurt your profile.

I'm glad you've dropped the exchanges in favour of simply thumbing up good content as you surf. Just like with many things, its better in the long run to use the system as it was designed, rather than trying to game it!</description>
